Each order is custom designed, printed, and constructed when ordered. Items are not "stocked". Due to the nature of all orders being "custom" orders, they are not eligible for exchange or return.

If for some uncontrolled reason an item arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact us immediately & within 2 business days of confirmed delivery of their item(s). Refunds and/or exchanges will not occur until the damaged item is returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

As Pay Pal no longer reimburses transaction fees, any cancellations/refunds will have the transaction fee amount deducted from the reimbursement total.
